Our Fundamentals program is designed to guide students with little to no experience, introducing them to the essential positions and strategies of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as both a fighting and self-defense system.

ADULT
JIU-JITSU

Our Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes build upon the core techniques from our Fundamentals program, guiding students through more advanced and comprehensive systems to elevate their training.
With a focus on both technique and strategy, these classes challenge students to refine their skills, enhance their understanding of Jiu-Jitsu, and push their limits in a supportive, dynamic environment.

RANDORI
OPEN MAT

Randori, also known as “Open Mat,” provides a dedicated time for students to engage in self-directed training or practice.
Similar to a ‘Study Hall’ in school, it’s an excellent opportunity to collaborate with fellow students, connect with peers, refine techniques, and seek guidance on any questions you may have in a supportive environment.

TRAINING
CIRCIUT

Our Circuit Training class is designed for experienced students and those with live training background, providing an opportunity to train at a higher and more intense level.
Led by an instructor, these sessions are structured and may include live sparring, positional drilling, physical conditioning exercises, and more, offering a comprehensive and challenging workout.
