Yes! We have students ranging from 4 to 60’s working and learning successfully. Due to the nature of our programs, there are always several variations of a drill or technique to accommodate all sizes, ages and ability levels.
No. Though we do have students who fight in various types of events, the majority of our students train for Fitness, Self-Improvement & Self-Defense. If competition is something you are interested in let us know and we’ll let you know how to get involved with our Competition Team.
